Orders

We completely get it; we change our minds too! If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at returns@conelibags.com. Unfortunately, once our warehouse has processed your order, we won't be able to make any changes.

Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery and you need to return it in the original package and without damage.

Shipping & Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return by e-mail at returns@conelibags.com and send your order to the warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number when reaching out to us. The costs for the return shipment won't be covered by us.
1. To start a refund or exchange, please send us an email to returns@conelibags.com with the following information:
- Indication if it is an EXCHANGE or RETURN
- Name of the piece you want to return/exchange or name of the new piece you want to be sent .
- Order number in shopify (#0000)
- IBAN number, if the purchase was made by MBway or bank transfer.
- Name
- Phone number
- adress
We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return/exchange by email at returns@conelibags.com and send your order to the warehouse.
After we receive your email containing all the requested information, you will then receive an email from our courier detailing the procedure for sending your order to the warehouse. Please, don´t sent your return before receiving this e-mail from BATCH courier.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it, undamaged or used, with the tag and in the original packaging.
Products from previous collections cannot be exchanged for products from newer collections. Note that during sales periods, returns are not accepted.
If you are shipping an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
As soon as we receive the order and confirm that it is in perfect condition, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be made using the same payment method that the order was placed with, and it may take up to 10 days for the money to be available in the customer's account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
When exchanges are sent outside the European Union, we are not responsible for delays and customs costs. These are borne by the customer.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
We use our courier Batch logistics, a local courier partner.
The prices vary depending on your market and will be automatically calculated and presented to you during the checkout.
International shipping cost may vary depending on the fuel charges.

Sometimes couriers' tracking information may be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive.
Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check the tracking that BATCH provided over the mail. Maybe the package is with your neighbour or in the next post office.
If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email our Customer Care team at hello@conelibags.com with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further.
Final price is inclusive of tax and duties, however not all currencies have tax and duties included. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
